About Me
- Imagine Life Is Good
- I am married to my best friend. We have three daughters (2 are my husband’s and one is mine) and a son (my husband’s, all are grown and not living with us. Four grandchildren (all from my husband’s kids). I have worked in the insurance industry for 30 years, like most in the industry, it was not my life long dream, but I am passionate about my job. I love to read, but there is not enough time in the day. I have stacks of books I want to read and a list to buy. I am an only child; wish I had brothers or sisters. I do have a sister in law; she is a kick in the pants (funny and cool). I have been on Weight Watchers since February 2008 and lost 45lbs! I feel great. I reached my goal weight, the last few pounds were the hardest!

Visiting Pittsburgh
Well, I finally got around to posting the pictures of my trip to Pittsburgh PA. I had so much fun visiting my daughter. Amy sure has grown up! The area was beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. We went to see Fallingwater, the Frank Lloyd Wright house, it was amazing. We also did a lot of beer tasting and eating great food. What fun!

Enjoying the day!

Wow, time is flying by. This year I am determied not to wish life away...no more saying I can't wait until...summer; the weekend; a holiday; tomorrow; what ever. It seems like when you do that you do not enjoy the present. I will even enjoy the stressful days, rainy days what ever. Here are pictures from New Years Eve, we had a fondue party with our friends. It was so much fun!

Christmas Fun
Christmas came and went so fast. It was great having my daughter fly back home for the holiday.
We spent Christmas Eve at my cousins, it was great fun. Their kids are so cute! Santa visited and dinner was great. The house was like a winter wonderland!
We had Christmas brunch at our house with all of the kids and my mom and dad. It was fun cooking and the food was great. My husband is great in the kitchen! It feels like you spend all this time preparing for the holiday and poof, it's over. I am so thankful to have a great family, a wonderful home and the best husband! Life truly is good!
